Refund Policy

  • Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition and packaging.
  • Sale items, customized goods, and worn merchandise are not eligible for return.

3. Refund Process

  • Email us with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval and process any refund to your original payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping Policy

3. Domestic Shipping Only

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery if your item is missing or arrives damaged.
  • Include a description and photos if applicable. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
